Within seven working days, you will receive acknowledgement of receipt. Reena management will make sure there is no conflict of interest when we review the feedback. Depending on the nature of your concern, it will be assigned to the appropriate Supervisor or Manager to follow up. We will make every reasonable effort to investigate and resolve it as soon as possible in a fair and consistent manner.
