As you are aware, there has been a lot of media attention over the last few weeks on the Coronavirus.
According to the Government of Canada website: “On December 31, 2019, a cluster of cases of pneumonia was reported in Wuhan, China, and the cause has been confirmed as a new coronavirus that has not been identified in humans. The virus is now known as the 2019 Novel Coronavirus or 2019-nCov”.
New information is constantly evolving about the spread of the virus and its impact. At this time, Ontario’s Chief Medical Office of Health, Dr. David Williams, says that “the risk to Ontarians remains low”.
The health and well-being of our supported individuals and our employees has always been Reena’s primary focus. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will respond to changing circumstances accordingly.
